    ### Terms and Conditions – Referral Program Loyalty Program


    **1. Organizer**

    The referral program is run by 360DRUCK eK, owner Antonio Avigliano.


    **2nd Participation**

    Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge.


    **3. Functionality**

    Participants receive a personal referral link that they can share with others. If an order is placed in the shop via this link, a reward in the form of vouchers or discounts may be granted.


    **4. Rewards**

    Rewards can be:


    * Voucher amounts (in euros) or

    * Percentage discounts (%)

    be granted.


    The specific amount and details will be determined in the respective offer.


    **5. Requirements for a valid recommendation**

    A recommendation is only considered successful if:


    * the order was fully completed and paid for

    * No cancellation or refund will be issued

    * no violation of these terms and conditions of participation exists


    **6. Redeeming Vouchers**

    Vouchers:


    * are not redeemable

    * May be valid for a limited time

    * may be subject to minimum order values

    * may be excluded from certain products

    **7. Abuse / Exclusion**

    We reserve the right to exclude participants from the program if abuse is suspected. This includes, in particular:


    * Self-recommendations

    * Orders within your own household

    * Use of multiple accounts by one person

    * automated or mass distribution


    Abuse also includes, in particular:


    the use of starting credits or referral bonuses without a prior order from the customer

    Orders that are solely for the purpose of redeeming vouchers

    Accumulating points without an actual customer relationship


    In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel points, vouchers or orders.


    **8. No legal entitlement**

    There is no entitlement to participation or payment of rewards. We reserve the right to change or terminate the program at any time.


    **9. Liability**

    We accept no liability for technical malfunctions, failures or delays.


    **10. Data Protection**

    The provisions of our privacy policy apply.
